Live on Insight TimerBeginners welcome! We will explore gentle, grounding, mat-based movements, breath, sensation, and stillness. Postures may include seated, supine, prone, side-lying, knees down, tabletop (hands/forearms & knees). Recommended props: yoga mat, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, chair, bolster, strap. By donation.
