    This guided Savasana meditation is ideal after a yoga asana practice. It can be used as a tool for bringing you into the present moment and tuning you into the breath and bodily sensations during this integration time. There are five minutes and thirty seconds of silence towards the end of the meditation, before the closing bell and final commentary.

  • 30-Minute Chair Yoga, Fully Seated, Guided Audio Practice (FREE)

    Beginners welcome! We explore gentle, fully seated movements, breath, sensation, and stillness. Recommended props: a sturdy chair on a non-skid surface, a firm throw pillow, and 2 blankets. Intention: May I Offer Tenderness and Compassion to My Nervous System.
