    Yoga Is For All

The powerful practice of yoga has made a major shift in my life and has opened my imagination to things I never thought possible. Yoga has helped me to quiet my mind and feel empowered in my body, just as it is. I want to share what I’ve learned with others and join them on their own journey of self-study. Yoga is for all – not only the young, thin, flexible, and “able-bodied.” There is a yoga practice available to everyone. I invite you to come as you are.

    My Intention

As a facilitator of yoga classes, it is my intention to meet you where you are, in any given moment. I aim to offer gentle and accessible experiences by using invitational and inclusive language as well as presenting several options for physical postures and movements. My goal is for you to feel empowered to listen to your own breath, your own bodily wisdom, your own inner-teacher, and to let those be your primary guides for our time together.

    Specialized Certifications

I am a Certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and have also completed several specialized certifications, as noted below. It is important to me that the style of yoga I offer is body-affirming, inclusive, accessible and honoring of the roots of the practice. My pronouns are she/her.

The tradition of yoga, originated thousands of years ago in Ancient India and has been passed down from teacher to student.

I wish to thank all of my teachers for sharing their knowledge with me
so that I can be here to hold space for you as you explore your own yoga practice.

Please know that however you choose to show up during your practice – it is enough.
